After breakfast full day tour to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls.
The 275 waterfalls that make up stunning Iguassu Falls straddle the border of Brazil and Argentina and sit not far from Paraguay. Arrive at the Lower Circuit in Iguazu National Park on the Argentina side. Walk a trail that is 0.8 miles (1.3 km) long and allows views of smaller falls like Carlos Bozzetti Waterfall. Continue to the Upper Circuit at the top of the waterfalls and catch panoramic views of the area on both sides of the border, including San Martin Island. On the Brazilian side, marvel at Devil’s Throat, a 262-foot (80-meter) fall that is the largest in both parks. At an impressive altitude of 262 feet (80 meters), Devil’s Throat is where the most water pours through the falls and is a must-see stop. After your day of exploration on the Argentinian side of Iguassu falls, return to your hotel.
After breakfast you will enjoy a half day excursion to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls
Enter Iguaçu National Park to see what are arguably the best views of the tremendous Devil’s Throat waterfall. Watch as 14 falls drop 350 feet (107 meters) over a precipice with impressive, thunderous force. Be sure to bring your foul weather gear to protect you from the 100-foot (30-meter) cloud of mist that is suspended permanently overhead. This cloud is host to a steady rainbow, so get ready to snap lots of photos. Prepare to be impressed by these falls, which are taller than Niagara and twice as wide. During the rainy season from November to March, water can flow over these falls at 450,000 cubic feet (12,750 cubic meters) per second. Trek through the forest to the bottom of Salto Floriano For an up-close view of the falls. After admiring that view, ride the park’s elevator to the top of the falls, or meander out over the falls at Salto Union.
In the late afternoon, you will be taken to the airport.
